Erin Glesheen Its been one month since I started doing YB, and I must say I love it. It's the first workout I've ever stuck with, and I look forward to doing in the morning. I actually go to bed earlier, and get up earlier! I sleep better, and oddly enough, my days seem better and a little less stressed. Candice Mallicoat Tosca Sharkey Ryan I can totally vouch for it. Zoe knows how to put the right exercises together to shape a woman's body in flattering ways. Granted everybody's body is shaped dfferently so of course results will be different, but I’m looking pretty good these days I'm seeing muscle develop where I hadn't really ever been able to develop it before, I’m slimming down, I’m walking straighter and taller, and I feel so much better! The videos in my opinion are intermediate. However they aren't complicated moves and can easily be adapted to a beginner level if needed. There were usually a small handful of posilions I couldn’t do for very long or very well but as I've continued to do the videos over the last six months my performance has improved.

Jill Marie Ok, time to share my experience with Yoga! On May 18th I was involced in a fairly bad car wreck. Another driver ran a red light, turned left in front of me, and our vehicles collided. It totally my Volvo XC70 as well as the other car. I ended up with a concussion, bruises, abrasions and solf tissue injuries in my neck and back. I was out of work for 6 weeks and for 6 weeks was not allowed any esercise except walking. I am a runner so not being able to run is devastating. I was being seen by my chiropractor (he is amazing and I’ve seen him for years) who cleared me to start running in short, one minute intervals after six weeks. I was terrible and I thought I’d never be back to normal again. In mid July, still not feeling great, I decided to give Zoe’s program a change. I was skeptical, but figured I had nothing else to lose. It sounds crazy, but after the first flow from the month one video I felt a little better. It was as if my neck and back were saying ¨thank you¨ when I finished. I kept it up, did the flows almost everyday, and ordered the 12 week YB challenge. Julie Query My favorite thing about your workouts is that they ARE progressive! In the past when I’ve done yoga or whatever routine if it’s been progressive it’s only been for a short period (21-day fix etc.) but yours mean I can make long-term and long-lasting changes. Jessica Rosera I just want to say that Yoga Burn is amazing. I had my baby 6 months ago and had a c-section. When I went to my 8 week checkup my doctor told me not to try running for a long time, but didn’t tell me when I could try. Before I was pregnant I ran al least 4 days a week. I did some research and was recommended to wait 6 months after the c-section to run. I didn’t know what I was going to do with myself. I gained 60 pounds while I was pregnant even with continuing to exercise and eat healthy. After my babe was I born I still had 30 pounds to lose. Right about the time my 12 weeks maternity leave was up and I was returning to work I stumbled on Yoga Burn.
Being an busy working mom with two young kids, I thought I would give this a try. I didn’t want those 30 pounds sticking around. Plus, I liked how I could slowly build my strength up given how messed up my core was. 3 months later and I technically only have 7 pounds to go. However, over the past week I have so many people tell me I look great and I feel fantastic . I have just started the final month and will be sad when I am completely finished. I will then start the booty challenge, but I will not want to lose my upper body strength, so I will have to get creative. Thanks so much for helping me get my body back!

Jennifer English Hunt I have only been able to find 15 minutes a day to do the program, and so I did month 1 workouts every morning, just one time through, for the month of September. Now I’m doing month 2 the same way. Even though I haven’t done 45 minutes 3 times a week, I have seen real results! I have trimmed down my waist and yesterday I was admiring the triceps that I’ve rediscovered! Lol.

It didn’t happen overnight and I listened to my body on making modifications. Some of the yoga was to hard for me, so I would do less until I could do it for real. I eat more often. I do two 15 minute sessions per day and went from an 8 now to a size 2. I have to get the dress altered I bought to wear to my daughters wedding! Drink so much water! And fall in love with your body!!

I am on my second week ONLY and my butt has lifted a bit already and I feel such a difference. The appearance of my cellulite is also getting better. I didn't take a ‘before pic’, but being only 1 week in, I guess I could take one and share it.
I recommend this for sure. It’s building, sculpting and toning. Also, I’m very quad dominant so every workout I always did was taken over by my quads. April Marie Hi Zoe! So, here I am at 15 weeks! I am totally digging Final Four! I added Final Four to extend the program to 16 weeks before I take my after photos. I can tell you I FEEL very strong in my glutes and hamstrings. I can isolate and flex areas individually which I could never ever do before. And this morning my husband have me that smaile and said I have a really nice butt. Whhhhaaaat!?!?!?!? I must tell you; in March 2017 I was 10 punds shy of 200 pounds. I was very sick and had no quality life. I woke up one day and decided to change my whole workd around. I got sober, & eliminated all processed foods, meat, dairy, eggs and grains. I just shook up my lige. I was tired of being sick and in bed most of my life. In 6 short months I dropped 65 pounds and all my health issues vanished. The result of that? A Pancake Fanny the likes of which the wold has never seen before! I honestly don’t think I ever had any muscle tone in my glutes or hamstring, but this was ridiculous.
