Jessica Rosera I just want to say that Yoga Burn is amazing. I had my baby 6 months ago and had a c-section. When I went to my 8 week checkup my doctor told me not to try running for a long time, but didn’t tell me when I could try. Before I was pregnant I ran al least 4 days a week. I did some research and was recommended to wait 6 months after the c-section to run. I didn’t know what I was going to do with myself. April Marie Hi Zoe! So, here I am at 15 weeks! I am totally digging Final Four! I added Final Four to extend the program to 16 weeks before I take my after photos. I can tell you I FEEL very strong in my glutes and hamstrings. I can isolate and flex areas individually which I could never ever do before. And this morning my husband have me that smaile and said I have a really nice butt. Whhhhaaaat!?!?!?!? I must tell you; in March 2017 I was 10 punds shy of 200 pounds. I was very sick and had no quality life. I woke up one day and decided to change my whole workd around. I got sober, & eliminated all processed foods, meat, dairy, eggs and grains. I just shook up my lige. I was tired of being sick and in bed most of my life. In 6 short months I dropped 65 pounds and all my health issues vanished. The result of that? A Pancake Fanny the likes of which the wold has never seen before! I honestly don’t think I ever had any muscle tone in my glutes or hamstring, but this was ridiculous. As a matter of fact my buns were so flat and the skin was so loose, that it hung down and I had a wrinkly crease where my lifted gluted should be. It was like a flap *dying* So, now I can see a big difference in lift too. I simply cant believe this is my own butt!!!! I’m really looking forward to takingpics at the wend of next week too!!!! I modify the schedule to include my other workout, so I do 15 minutes a day to 6 days a week since week 9. It works great for my schedule. Thank you so much for this program!!!!
